Activities & Events

The events organised by the project are:

• a conference session at the 14th Annual Meeting of the European Association of Archaeologists (EAA) held in Valetta, Malta, on 16-21 September 2008;
• a two-day workshop in Glasgow on 19-20 March 2008;
• a series of public seminars in Glasgow between September 2008 and December 2009.
  

The conference session and workshop have resulted in the publication of a book titled Material Connections in the Ancient Mediterranean. Mobility, Materiality and Identity, edited by Peter van Dommelen and Bernard Knapp. It is published by Routledge in September 2010 (more information).
