Sarah Jones MA VetMB CertAVP(EP) MRCVS
I studied Veterinary Medicine at the University of Cambridge. I intercalated in Zoology, completing a published animal behaviour study. After graduating in 2006 I worked in rural mixed practice until 2009. I then moved onto a series of equine practices over the next seven years, during which time I passed my Certificate in Advanced Equine Practice.
Having developed interests in equine medicine and diagnostics, in November 2016 I began a PhD on equine sarcoids at the University of Glasgow, funded by The Donkey Sanctuary UK. I recently volunteered to help treat working equids at Animal Care in Luxor, Egypt.
