Project funding

I would like to thank Maria Bonino for her generous contribution of funds to support the continuation of FIP research at the School of Veterinary Medicine, University of Glasgow.

Maria’s interest in FIP was sparked when she sadly lost one of her cats, Luca (pictured below), to this devastating disease. Unfortunately, her experience of acquiring a diagnosis for Luca was slow and traumatic. During the course of this research project, we aim to improve the methods for diagnosing this disease and to raise awareness among veterinary practitioners.
