• Overall Position of 2 or below, completion of Queensland Certificate of Education with Queensland Core Skills (QCS) tests in Chemistry, Biology and maths or physics. 

South Australia

• South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE)  Tertiary Admissions Subjects (TAS)/SACE Stage 2 subjects at grade A.

Tasmania       

• Tasmanian Certificate of Education (TCE) Level 3 (15 credit) courses with Exceptional Achievement (EA).  Some subjects  offered at Level 4, are also accepted.

Victoria           

• Victoria Certificate of Education (VCE)  Unit 3 and Unit 4 subjects at grade A.

Western Australia

New Zealand

Austria

• Applicants must study a minimum of 4 subjects and achieve a minimum grade1 in all subjects including Chemistry, Biology and either Maths/Physics.

Belgium

• Diploma Secundair Onderwiijs with overall grade 8.5 or above required in a minimum of 4 subjects, with no subject less than 8.5. Subjects must include Chemistry, Biology and Maths or Physics at grade 9.0 and above.

Bulgaria

• Award of Diploma za Sredno Obrazovanie with overall 5.6/6. Chemistry, Biology and Maths or Physics with minimum 6. 6 required in all state examinations.

Croatia

• The Award of State Matura (Drzavna Matura) with at least 555 in Chemistry, Biology and either Maths or Physics plus, minimum of 4.5 in all other subjects. Qualifications must be gained in one sitting and at the first attempt.

Cyprus

• Apolytirion with overall score of 19/20 or 90%, and two additional A levels at AA. Subjects must include Chemistry, Biology and either Maths/Physics.

Czechia

• Award of Maturitni Zkouška with grade 1 in at least 4 Maturita exams (4 different subjects) including Chemistry, Biology and either Maths/Physics.

Denmark

• Bevis for Studentereksamen/Højere Forberedelseseksamen:  Your application will be considered if you have passes or predicted passes in Chemistry, Biology and either Maths/Physics at grade 12 in the Studentereksamen. Qualifications must be gained in one sitting and at the first attempt.

Estonia

Finland

• Award of Ylioppilastutkinto with L (grade 7) in Chemistry, Biology and either Maths/Physics with E (grade 6) in all remaining subjects. Qualifications must be gained in one sitting and at the first attempt.

France

• Award of French Baccalaureate with overall average score of 15 and 15 in three subjects including Chemistry, Biology and either Maths/Physics.

Germany

• German Abitur with an overall score of 1.6 with grade 13 or better in all subjects including Chemistry and Biology and either Maths or Physics.

Greece

• To achieve 19 out of 20 in the Apolytirion programme. Additionally, applicants must attain 2 GCE A Levels at grade A, or the Panhellenic exams at grade 19. Subjects must include Biology and Chemistry and either Maths or Physics.

Hungary

• Emelt Szintu level required. Grade 5 (80%) required to include Chemistry, Biology and either Maths or Physics plus 4 in all Standard level subject.  

Ireland

• Irish Leaving Certificate must achieve Higher passes in 6 subjects including: H1 in Chemistry , Biology  and Physics or Maths  with H2 in 3 Additional subjects.  

Italy

• Award of Diploma di Esame di Stato with overall average of 90 or above and must include Chemistry, Biology, and either Maths/Physics with a score of 100.

Latvia

Lithuania

Luxemborg

• Award of the Matriculation Certificate (MATSEC) with grades AA at advanced level and AAB at intermediate level with Chemistry and Biology required at advanced level. Qualifications must be gained in one sitting and at the first attempt.

The Netherlands

• Diploma Voorbereidend Wetenschappelijk Onderwijs (VWO) with minimum grade 8,8,8 or above in all subjects and 8.5 or above required in Chemistry and Biology and either Maths or Physics.

Poland

• Świadectwo Dojrzałości (Matura)with an overall score of 85%.  including Chemistry and Biology and either Maths or Physics to be taken at extended level with grades of 90% and above in all.

Portugal

• Diploma Nivel Secundario de Educacao with overall minimum grade of 19 with grade 19 in Chemistry, Biology and either Maths or Physics.

Romania

• Diplomă de Bacalaureat with an overall grade of 9. Must include Chemistry, Biology and either Maths or Physics at grade 9.  If Chemistry and/or Biology is not studied as part of the Diplomă de Bacalaureat, additional A-Levels at grade A will be required in both these subjects.

Slovakia

• Award of Vysvedcenie o Maturitnej skúske: a minimum of grade 1 (výborný ) in Chemistry, Biology and either Maths or Physics and a minimum of grade 2 (chválitebný) in all remaining subjects. Qualifications must be gained in one sitting and at the first attempt.

Slovenia
