Biography

Dikshyanta joined HEHTA in 2018. She is currently involved in projects related to oncology, cardiovascular disease and women’s health where her role includes performing economic evaluations alongside clinical trials, decision-analytic modelling, analysing linked health data and evidence synthesis.

She contributes to a range of teaching activities within HEHTA, including the development and teaching of 'HTA: Policy & Principles' module for our MSc Health Technology Assessment course and Future Learn micro-credentials course on 'Introduction to Health Economics & Health Technology Assessment'. She also tutors on annual continuous professional development courses: 'Decision Analytic Modelling for Economic Evaluation' and 'Evidence Synthesis for Health Technology Assessment'.

Dikshyanta has an MSc in Health Economics from the University of York. Her MSc placement was at the Mental Health and Addiction Research Group (MHARG), University of York. She obtained her undergraduate degree in B. A (Hons) Economics, Minor in Psychology and Sociology from Christ University, India in 2016.
