Export Control
Export control regulations and sanctions are now an important part of UK security legislation.
The University of Glasgow takes institutional compliance and our duties in relation to the legislation seriously. This includes supporting our staff, students, visiting academics and contractors to comply with export control regulations by having a clear and robust policy which helps them identify and highlight sensitive areas.
The expectation is that all researchers should be aware of the risks and mitigations around export control regulations, and of their personal responsibilities.
