About this event

The UK Tech Envoy to the US and British Consul General in San Francisco, Joe White, cordially invites you to a networking session with representatives from the UK National Quantum Technologies Programme and leaders from the UK Quantum Industry for Quantum West 2022 on January 26th during SPIE’s Photonics West Conference.

This event, which will take place over a light breakfast from 7:30-8:50 am at Moscone Center West (800 Howard Street, Room #2004, Level 2), ahead of Quantum West Day presentations, will feature lightning talks highlighting UK capabilities in Quantum Technologies, strong links between UK Quantum Hubs and industry, and the UK Government’s investment in the field. Following presentations, attendees will have opportunity for discussions with UK experts.

Event guests will stem from the Bay Area and UK investment, industry, and academic/national labs communities, as well as Photonics West attendees.

Proof of Covid vaccination will be required to enter the building, and masks will be worn at all times, unless actively eating or drinking.

Registration to Photonics West is not mandatory to attend this event.
