Sakharov Prize 2016: Public debate

Students on the MSc Human Rights & International Politics course will set out the case for each nominee for the Prize. This will be followed by a Q&A session, a public debate and vote.

The European Parliament's Sakharov Prize for Freedom of Thought is awarded every year to honour exceptional individuals who combat intolerance, fanaticism and oppression.

The discussion will be followed by a wine reception.  Everyone is welcome.
