Anna Feigenbaum is Professor of Media and Digital Storytelling at the University of Glasgow, where she researches the social, ethical, and cultural implications of AI, data, and digital technologies. Her interdisciplinary work combines participatory research, digital storytelling, computational methods, and human-centred design to develop responsible approaches to AI and data communication.

She leads collaborative projects with partners including Google, Cancer Research UK, and public sector organisations, creating innovative AI literacy resources, ethical co-design methodologies, and public engagement tools. She is an author of The Data Storytelling Workbook (Routledge 2020) and The Social Media Methods Workbook (Routledge 2026).Jake is a lecturer in the School of Computing Science with a focus on biomedical text mining and natural language processing.
