Patient and Public Involvement - ESPIG
Public involvement is an integral part of CRSU’s work, in that it helps ensure all research conducted is as relevant, accessible, and ethical as possible. The unique viewpoints provided by diverse public contributors help researchers challenge assumptions and broaden their communications. In turn, this helps build greater trust and openness with the public - the people the research is designed to serve and benefit.
The Evidence Synthesis Public Involvement Group (ESPIG) at CRSU was formed in November 2023 and currently has 14 members from across the UK from a variety of different backgrounds. Together, they help shape CRSU’s research.
