Preceding a two-day conference that brought together representatives of OSCE participating States, international organizations, experts and academics, this workshop discussed the value and limitations of the Bolzano/Bozen Recommendations on National Minorities in Inter-state Relations 10 years after they were adopted. Andreea Udrea represented the KINPOL Observatory on Kin-state Policies.
