CEES PhD Student joins ECMI as a Visiting Research Fellow

Graham Donnelly, has joined the European Centre for Minority Issues, in Flensburg, Germany, as a visiting research fellow.

Glasgow University, Department of Central and East European Studies’ PhD researcher, Graham Donnelly, has joined the European Centre for Minority Issues, in Flensburg, Germany, as a visiting research fellow. The ECMI is a leading research institute in the field of minority rights in Europe and is and has been a consultant to the UN, Council of Europe and Europe Union (among others) in relation to numerous international minority rights issues. ECMI has field offices in both Kosovo and Georgia. As part of Graham’s relationship with ECMI, he will spend one month in Flensburg, ECMI HQ, in his first year, followed by a field work residency in the Georgia office in year two, and a return to Flensburg in year three, with a view to arranging a conference in collaboration with ECMI and CRECEES.
