Vinogrady'08 - International Youth Festival of Social Advertisement

CRCEES international partners Region Research Centre, Ulyanovsk State University, Russia, announce Vinogrady 2008 an annual International Festival of Social Advertisements organised through their youth cultural studies research network: Поколения.net

The Vinogrady festival aims to encourage young people to think creatively about contemporary social issues and challenges such as the environment, xenophobia, homophobia, islamophobia etc. Young people are challenged to think about ways of overcoming all forms of social exclusion and inequality and to actively support the promotion of civic values and human rights.

The festival includes a range of activities including: a competition to produce the best social advertisement, master classes with leading experts on a range of social issues, an awards ceremony and celebration and much, much more.
