Background and aims

The Postgraduate Certificate in Real Estate is a 60-credit programme intended to provide a recognised University qualification for practitioners who wish to extend their knowledge and understanding through reflective and structured CPD learning. It may also serve as a launch pad for less experienced students into the MSc programme in Real Estate, Planning & Regeneration.  Depending on the topic courses, this qualification provides an entrance route on the MSc in Real Estate, MSc in Real Estate and Regeneration, and MSc in International Real Estate if students satisfy the progression requirements.

The Certificate can be taken over one year or on a modular basis over two or more years to match the student's preferred time commitment.
