Dr Alena Kostyk

Programme Director for the Online MSc Marketing and lecturer at the Adam Smith Business School

As well as having over 10 years’ experience in the private sector, Dr Kostyk has a history in marketing research, notably human decision making in futuristic environments and marketplaces, from both a theoretical and empirical perspective. She teaches the Consumer Behaviour, UX Design and Digital Marketing courses on the online MSc Marketing.

Dr Amy Goode

Deputy Programme Director for the Online MSc Marketing and lecturer at the Adam Smith Business School

Dr Amy Goode is a Lecturer in Marketing at the University of Glasgow Adam Smith Business School. Her research and teaching interests are in digital marketing, services marketing, consumer behaviour and consumer culture theory. Amy has published her work in the European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Services Marketing and Advances in Consumer Research. She recently secured funding from the Academy of Marketing Research Council, and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She teaches the Services Marketing and Marketing: Ethics, Consumption and Technology courses on the online MSc Marketing. 

Dr Jaylan Azer

Lecturer in Marketing at the Adam Smith Business School

With a particular interest in digital consumer behaviour and its impact in social networks, Azer’s research is centred on complementary concepts such as service-dominant logic, value co-creation and actor/customer engagement. She teaches the Marketing Management course on the online MSc Marketing.

Dr Parichehr Riahi Pour

Lecturer at the Adam Smith Business School

Dr Parichehr Riahi Pour is a Lecturer in Marketing at the University of Glasgow Adam Smith Business School. She holds a PhD in Management (Marketing) and an MSc in Management, both from the Adam Smith Business School. Her research interests include branding and consumer behaviour. Parichehr’s research has been published by Annual American Association of Marketing-Sheth Foundation Doctoral Consortium, Academy of Marketing Science World Marketing Congress and European Marketing Academy Conference. She teaches the Marketing Research & Analytics and Marketing Communications courses on the online MSc Marketing.

Dr Nilay Balkan

Lecturer at the Adam Smith Business School

Dr Nilay Balkan is a Lecturer in Marketing at the University of Glasgow Adam Smith Business School. She holds a PhD in the role of social media in building relationship and communities between customer and micro-businesses. Nilay is a member of the School's Marketing and Entrepreneurship, Development and Political Economy research clusters. She teaches the Retail Marketing course on the online MSc Marketing. 

Dr Noreen Siddiqui 

Senior Lecturer at the Adam Smith Business School

Dr Noreen Siddiqui is a senior lecturer in marketing. She has over 20 years’ experience of teaching and learning within the higher education sector. Noreen completed her PhD on the development of internet retailing within the UK high street. She is currently interested in fashion consumption, digital communication, and retailing. She is also experienced in developing online pedagogy for learning and teaching. She teaches the Brand Management and Social media Marketing courses on the online MSc Marketing.
