Research title: Exploring the diagnosis and disclosure experiences of autistic people of colour (PoC), and how autism diagnosticians understand “race” in their practice

Research Summary

I will be using Interpretive Phenomenological Analysis to uncover the depth and richness of autistic PoC’s experiences, and semi-structured interviews with diagnosticians to explore how race is constructed and mobilised in the diagnostic process.
