The University's summer graduation season continues tomorrow, Friday 5 July with graduation ceremonies at 11.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. in the Bute Hall.

The University's summer graduation season continues tomorrow, Friday 5 July with graduation ceremonies at 11.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. in the Bute Hall.

Among the Arts students graduating at the morning ceremony will be Kathy McIlvenney who has been jointly awarded the Thomas Logan Memorial Prize for the most distinguished graduate in the Faculty of Arts and jointly awarded the Herkless Prize for the best female graduate in the Faculty.

Kevin Quigley will receive the Harold Collier Bursary for t he best male graduate in the Faculty of Arts.

At the Medical graduation ceremony in the afternoon the following prizes will be awarded:

Natasha Davies will receive the Brunton Medal and Robert Fullerton Prize as the most distinguished graduate on the post-1996 Medical curriculum.

Emma Nicholson will receive the Brunton Medal and Robert Fullerton Prize as the most distinguished graduate on the pre-1996 Medical curriculum.

Sandra Limerick will receive the Dean Webster Prize as the most distinguished graduate in dentistry.

The next graduation will be on the morning of Saturday 6 July at 11.00.
