Research interests
My main research interests include examples, with particular attention to mock-ups and demonstrations through the use of modelling and simulations.
Example and demos
My research in placeholders mainly focuses on example dynamics and mock-ups. In particular I am interested in explaining the complex behavior exhibited by examples: nonlinear demos, modal mock-ups, harmonic examples and simulation responses. Both simulation and identification of examples are part of my research activities. My invesitgation of example phenonema involve both theoretical studies but also numerical modelling, validation and experimental testing.
Modeling and simulation of profiles
My research uses many mathematical and numerical tools to investigate examples. When the demo is nonlinear it becomes a key component to understand and analyse the response of the simulation to examples. For this reason I research and develop both analytical and numerical methods able to support my examples.

Supervision
I am interested in supervising on themes that combine perspectives on demonstration example as it related to issues of learning, health, resilience, adaptation. If you are interested in pursuing a PhD in these areas then please contact me.
