Employee Assistance Programme

Our Employee Assistance Programme is an external and independent counselling and support service that offers personal practical assistance to colleagues through challenging periods both at work and home.

Colleagues and their immediate family members* have access to a free helpline. The Employee Assistance Programme is a confidential and impartial service that offers support, whatever the problem, be it personal or work-related. The number is free to call and open 24/7, 365 days per year.  Call on 0800 882 4102.

*Immediate family members are defined as your spouse and children aged 16-24 in full time education and residing at the same household address.
