Anytime QR code for School feedback

A Student Feedback QR Code has been set up in the James Watt School of Engineering, where comments can be submitted anonymously at any time. It is the first form of contact to raise any kind of feedback. This monitored and triaged by the Student Experience Team.

Anyone in the whole school can use the Feedback QR Code. It is listed in the Student Handbook, on the Moodle Teaching Office page, and displayed on the screens in the James Watt South and the Rankine. Pins and stickers are also available with the QR code so a students can have access to it whenever needed to enable them to feedback on issue to the student's representatives and at networking events and SSLCs.

What was the motivation?

Responses to previous survey feedback - in particular, the NSS results.

What worked well and what didn’t?

The students are acknowledging our developing practices to ensure that the Student Voice is heard, and that we are making the changes needed.
