For approval by the School – new course and major course change proposals:

- Course Specification(s).
- Proposal Support Document for the course(s), recording progress of preparation of proposal. This should include the details of any consultations undertaken and how any comments were addressed. The consultations may be undertaken using any preferred format and must be completed in advance of submission.

For approval by the School – course withdrawal proposals:
- Proposal Support Document.
- Withdrawal consultation proforma, completed as appropriate. (ASC has highlighted the need for these consultation forms to be available in good time, in preference to approval being given subject to satisfactory consultation Where consultations have not been completed, the proposal should not be submitted).

For approval initially by the School and then by College Board of Studies – new programme and programme change proposals:
- Programme Specification together with any Course Specifications not being considered under their own proposal.
- Proposal Support Document. This should include the details of any consultations undertaken and how any comments were addressed. The consultations may be undertaken using any preferred format and must be completed in advance of submission.
- Copy of Budget Plan for all new PGT programmes.
- Following School approval: the appropriate School Committee minute. This should reflect the full discussion surrounding consideration of the proposal to inform College in its scrutiny of the proposal.
- Following approval by College, a Board of Studies minute should be uploaded to PIP.
