The programme

Ambitious Futures Graduate Trainees take on three different project management roles across two universities in eighteen months. Each placement lasts for six months, and gives you the chance to play a leading role on a major university project.

You will be part of a network of other Ambitious Futures Graduate Trainees at Universities across the country, meeting regularly to share knowledge and experiences.

Together with the rest of your Trainee cohort, you will undertake a sector-specific leadership qualification, delivered online and accredited by the University of Melbourne.

Am I eligible?

To apply you must be either in your final year of study or have graduated within the last five years. If you do not have a postgraduate qualification you should either have achieved or be expected to achieve at least a 2:1 in your undergraduate degree. You should be eligible to work in the UK for the duration of the programme.

Applications are welcomed from graduates of any subject. You should have a genuine interest in Higher Education, and the drive to learn new skills, take on challenging projects and develop as a leader.
