The Winter/Spring 2017 issue has a new 'masthead' and carries news of recent departures from the front line of the Library's wide circle of supporters, friends and activists.
Graeme Smith has retired from his post as the Friends' Committee Chair. Graeme served in the role for six years. As previously reported in Campus e-News, Lesley Richmond, the University Archivist, retired after 30 years service at the end of last year. Lesley also worked as Deputy Director of the LIbrary from 2001. Sheila Craik, a former University librarian, has just stood down from the Friends' committee after more than ten years service.
