Campus Development drop-in session

Drop-in will allow University community and local residents to ask questions to the project team

The University will hold a drop-in session for staff and the local community about Campus Development on Tuesday 3 September.

It will be held in the Common Room of the Maths & Stats modular building on University Place between 12:00 – 14:00 with members of the Estates team as well as members of the Multiplex project managers on-hand to answer any questions about ongoing or upcoming works.

Currently, work is ongoing on two new buildings, the James McCune Smith Learning Hub and the Research Hub, with a third – the Clarice Pears Building – due to start shortly.

There are also a number of projects being undertaken to improve the infrastructure and landscaping around the campus, including improvements to University Avenue and University Place.

Later this year, work is due to start to remove a number of building along Church Street.
