Gilchrist PG Club receiving refurbishment

Gilchrist will re-open in 2019 with a fresh new look!
The Gilchrist Postgraduate Club is currently closed for a full refurbishment and upgrade, and will open again in the new year.
The SRC President Lauren McDougall told us “Over the past six months we have been working with Estates and Commercial Services, planning the upgrade of the Gilchrist.
“We are making it a more inviting space, where postgraduates and staff can have a coffee during the day or a drink in the evening. Not only are we changing the space, we are also changing the menu making it unlike any other catering offer on campus.
“SRC clubs and societies will also be able to book the space for their meetings, events and performances. This development will further enhance the postgraduate student experience and we are excited about the outcome.”
One A The Square will be open until Friday 14th December and after that refreshments will be available until Friday 21st December in the Fraser Building. The Gilchrist will be opening in the new year and the date for the launch night will be confirmed soon.
