Explorathon: an extravaganza of discovery, debate and entertainment

Hello! We're back!

We hope you had a great time last year at Explorathon and we thought you'd like to know what we're planning this year.

On FRIDAY 25th SEPTEMBER Glasgow will come alive with curiosity with more venues, more activities and more talks.

Highlights:

  • Free entry to Glasgow Science Centre (6-11pm). Demos, debates, comedy and music. Limited space BOOK NOW
  • SciArt Ceilidh! Aberdeen, Glasgow and Edinburgh compete in the ultimate science dance off. We need your help! TICKETS
  • Women and World War I. What impact did the Great War have on the lives of women at home. Free public talk BOOK NOW
  • Feeling the pressure? Come to Café Sci. Find out more about high blood pressure and what you and science can do to help it. DETAILS

We also have MUSEUMS UNLOCKED with Glasgow’s biggest museums filled with activity all day; including Hunterian unlocked: talks tours and exhibits in the museum and art gallery from 12-4pm.
