Join us to hear from some of the University of Glasgow's cancer scientists at the Beatson Pebble Appeal Public Lecture on Monday 26 October 6.30pm-7.30pm at the Wolfson Medical School Building, University of Glasgow. They will share their latest cancer research developments and demonstrate how philanthropic donations are making a difference to their work.
Professor Anna Dominiczak, Regius Chair of Medicine, Vice-Principal and Head of the College of Medical, Veterinary and Life Sciences Scientists will host this lecture. Our speakers on the evening will be:
- Dr David Bryant, Senior Lecturer/Beatson Associate
- Dr Fiona Thomson, Director of the Analytical Services Unit
- Dr Iain Macpherson, Clinical Senior Lecturer in Medical Oncology
The lecture is open to everyone - no background in cancer sciences is required. Guests are invited to join us for refreshments following the lecture.
