Update on Travel Services Contracts

Details about the new approved travel providers and how to book their services.
As of, 01 December 2015, the University’s approved travel providers changed to the following:
- Domestic travel (all travel within the UK) - Clarity Travel Management.
- International travel (all travel out with the UK) - Selective Travel Management
- Hotel and Conferencing - Clarity Travel Management.

Clarity Travel held a number of ‘Meet the Buyer’ events on the 26 and 27 of November, thank you to everyone who attended.
If you missed the event or would like to see the online tool again, Clarity will be hosting two Webinar sessions on Thursday 10 and another on Monday 14 December 2015 to go through their presentation and demonstration.

Selective Travel has their University of Glasgow website live. Please visit Selective: University of Glasgow
This site will give you information on the services they provide and give you access to traveller profiles etc.
Selective in addition will be holding their own launch event on Campus on 02 February 2016, for more information, please see Travel Roadshow Invitation
Please note that Selective will have an online tool available and this is scheduled to be operational in Q1 2016, training on how to use it will be provided.
No travel should be booked with Capita and Ian Allan from now on. They will continue to manage your existing bookings that you have with them until the date of travel. Both suppliers will be removed from Agresso in due course once all invoices have been paid.
