New complaints regime impacts everyone

Changes to the processes used by the University for handling complaints come into force from the middle of this month. Watch the video: Professor John Briggs,Clerk of Senate and Vice Principal, is interviewed about the new system and its likely impact on University staff.

Changes are on the way to the processes used by the University for handling complaints.  They come into force from the middle of this month. It follows a review by the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman (SPSO) and legislation contained in the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010.
