Deadline looms for international travel

The deadline for applications for the University’s Staff Mobility programme is 30th April 2013.
The deadline for applications for the University’s Staff Mobility programme is tomorrow. The scheme is designed to encourage and support staff at a personal and professional level to undertake international visits and exchanges with overseas partners in order to share expertise and learn about new cultures, while at the same time supporting the University’s strategic objective to enhance its global reach and reputation.
The programme provides match funding to staff who can demonstrate the potential benefits of their visit / exchange in the delivery of University and College / Service strategy with specific reference to extending global reach and reputation.
The programme is open to everyone and all staff are being encouraged to review the programme and consider potential opportunities.

The deadline date for submission of applications is Tuesday 30th April 2013. If you have not had the opportunity to submit an application for this intake of the Staff Mobility Programme please note that there will be another opportunity to apply to the programme in Autumn of 2013. Further details will be published in the Campus eNews and within the Human Resources web-site nearer the time.
