Dr. Jane Stanley's work Pentimenti for two pianos has been selected to represent Australia during ISCM World Music Days 2014 in Wroclaw, Poland. The International Society for Contemporary Music, World Music Days, is an international festival of contemporary music that takes place in a different country each year. Recent festivals have been hosted in Austria, Belgium, Sydney and Gothenburg. Jane's piece was initially short-listed by the Australian section of the ISCM and this group of pieces was submitted to the festival jury. The jury received in excess of 500 scores from national panels as well as 313 individual submissions.
