Human Resources Leads International Benchmarking Project on P&DR

An international benchmarking project, led by the University of Glasgow’s very own Human Resources Service, has been published this month

An international benchmarking project, led by the University of Glasgow’s very own Human Resources Service, has been published this month. The project explores international best practice on Performance and Development Review, and was compiled by HR in association with RIO’s Internationalisation Team on behalf of the U21 international network of universities, of which Glasgow is a founding member. This work will be followed up by a research project on Academic Workforce Planning with a particular focus on leadership and talent management. Results will be presented at U21 AGM and Presidential Symposium to be hosted by Glasgow in May 2014
