The Reach Pharmacy at the University of Glasgow launched its winter flu awareness campaign this month, with Hanzala Malik MSP receiving his flu jab at the University.
The winter flu campaign runs throughout the winter months and the pharmacy offers subsidised jabs for staff and students alike. Although the service is recommended for everyone, the on-campus pharmacy is supporting the Scottish Government's own winter flu campaign, which specifically targets those with long-term chronic conditions, including diabetes and asthma.
The campus pharmacy provides a subsidised flu vaccination service to staff and students, costing £9.99. You can make appointments via email, phone, or dropping into the pharmacy, which is located in the Fraser Building.
