In addition to training, the University is gearing up to provide a wide range of support and assistance, especially over the summer period.

A variety of guidance materials, visual demos and Job Aids will be available on-line to assist students and staff with MyCampus. Much of this is being developed using ideas and feedback from staff, SRC officers and students who have been working with us on aspects of user testing.

Finally, Student Services and the Colleges are working closely together to provide effective and timely support to students throughout this period. As part of this Student Services are recruiting a 1st Line Support team whose role will be to provide individual support and query resolution to students throughout the registration and enrolment period. This will include both back office activity (dealing with online support requests and emails) and face to face support closer to the start of term when many students may be on-site.

It is expected that the new developments and enhancements to MyCampus introduced this year will significantly improve the user experience and mean that students can register and enrol much more easily. However, should they need help, there is a team on hand to do just that.
