University appointments

The University Court is pleased to announce the appointment of three new heads of academic units
The University Court is pleased to approve the following appointments:
- Head of the School of Veterinary Medicine - Professor Ewan Cameron
Professor Cameron has been Acting Head in recent months, and will now formally take up the Headship for the period ending 31 July 2015.
- Head of the School of Geographical & Earth Sciences - Professor Maggie Cusack
Professor Cusack will serve as Head from 1 August 2011 until 31 July 2015.
- Director of the Institute of Health & Wellbeing - Professor Sally Macintyre
Professor Macintyre will take up this post with immediate effect and serve until 30 April 2014.
