Governance at the University

Setting-up and utilising the right level of governance is crucial to delivering a successful project at the University. From approving the Business Case to managing change throughout your project, the correct governance will help drive successful project outcomes and benefits.

Review the links below to help establish the correct governance for your project.

Corporate Governance

It is important to be aware of the wider corporate governance at the University. In particular the Technology and Financial governance areas contain committees that your project will likely require approval from at some stage.

Project Level Governance

In addition to corporate governance, a project level board should be established to ensure the successful delivery. This is a critical part of the planning & initiation of your project, as detailed in the Project Lifecycle pages.
