Printing

Upgrade to Student Printers coming in April

From Monday 13 April, all UofG student printers will be upgraded to the new Uniflow printing service.

The new printing service will be more secure and flexible, featuring:

  • Multi-factor authentication using a PIN code to protect your account
  • Virtual printing from email
  • Printing from any device, including mobile phones

What’s changing

To use an upgraded printer, you will need your UofG campus card and a unique PIN code. Your PIN code will be sent to you by email from Uniflow Online in April. Using a PIN code adds an extra layer of security to protect your data and privacy.

Next steps

  • Before 13 April, you will receive an email with your unique PIN code. You will need both your PIN code and your campus card to print using the new service.
If your campus card is lost or damaged, please request a replacement .
  • On 13 April, you will receive an email with instructions on setting up your laptop, tablet or mobile phone to print using the new service.
