Get Microsoft 365 apps
Your University Microsoft 365 account allows you to activate the latest versions of the Microsoft apps on up to five devices. This includes personal computers (including Windows and macOS) and mobile devices.
On your PC or laptop
1. Log into Microsoft 365 using your UofG email address and password.
2. Then Microsoft 365 apps will be displayed.
3. To install, select Install apps on the top right of the page.
4. Follow the instructions to install your chosen apps.
5. The first time you run a Microsoft app on your PC or laptop, and occasionally thereafter, you may be prompted to sign in. Enter your UofG email address and password.
On your mobile device
1. Download the apps you want (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) from your app store.
2. Log in with your UofG email address and password.
