Binding: France, 18th-century red goatskin decorated with triple gold fillets, a small gold fleuron at each corner;  gold-tooled spine;  marbled endpapers;  gilt-edged leaves;  turquoise silk bookmark.   Size:  284 x 200 mm.
Leaf size: 275 x 190 mm.
Annotations: Traces of early manuscript signatures in some quires e.g. “f4” at lower right-hand corner of 2/4r (f. 12r) - showing that the order of contents (as noted above) is from an early date;  occasional instances of name of the poet added at top right hand corner of rectos;  brief early marginal annotation "op[er]a oratij” on 26/4v (f. 187v);  occasional “nota” marks.
Decoration: None.
Imperfections: Wanting the final blank leaf.
