Proctor and Pellechet assign the printing to Johannes Rubeus at Treviso (cf. BMC VI p.l:  Johannes Rubeus was 'either identical or closely allied with the Printer of the 1480 Valla').

Annotations: Copious marginal annotations in a humanist hand mainly in Latin but with some keywords in Greek - all heavily washed out;  occasional corrections of text;  Greek also added to spaces in text left by printer in quires g-l.
