Binding: 16th/17th-century parchment;  covers apparently re-used since their height is less than the height of the text block and there is a pronounced vertical fold mark running down the entire length of the spine.   Size:  267 x 195 mm.   Now shelved in a pale grey buckram-covered box.
Leaf size: 277 x 195 mm.
Annotations: Alphabet doodles on [*1v] (leaf [1v]).
Decoration: Seven-line letter “Q” on z3v supplied in brown pen-and-ink, and (on the line above) the letter “D” of “[D]Ecimuſſeptimus” is supplied in brown pen-and-ink.
Imperfections: Top outer corners of early quires and upper margins of final quires have rodent damage.
