Annotations: Occasional manicules;  marginal annotations in red ink in quire 34 (ff. 225-234) repeating the printed rubrics.
Decoration: Fourteen-line initial ‘Q’ on 1/2r supplied in shades of purple on a square gold ground, with floral decoration in purple, blue, green and gold in the body of the letter and with decorative extensions in purple, blue and gold in the inner and centre margins;  also on 1/2r a four-line initial ‘A’ supplied in gold on a background of purple, blue and green;  other initials and paragraph marks supplied in red or blue.
Imperfections: Wanting the blank leaf 1/1 and the last two quires 35 and 36 i.e. the final 22 leaves containing the Consilia Alexandri de Nevo.
