Annotations: Occasional marginal annotations in an early hand;  occasional nota marks.
Decoration: Initials in quires 1-4 supplied in red (some decorated with grotesque faces and pen-flourishing);  some paragraph marks and capital strokes supplied in red in the same quires, thereafter an occasional initial supplied in red or brown ink (also decorated with grotesque faces).
Imperfections: Wanting the blank leaves 1/1 and 24/6.
