Goff, Proctor and others assign to [Simon Bevilaqua].   IGI, followed by CIBN, assigns to the [Printer of the Nomen Jesu], but see Walsh's reasons for rejecting the latter attribution – ISTC.

Annotations: Unidentified symbol written in ink at lower outer corner of first recto of some quires;  early signature collation given on the blank page i6v;  18th-century code in ink on rear free endpaper “12batt” or perhaps  “nbatt” with a bar above and below the code (for a closely similar code, see Appianus, Historia Romana, Venice: Bernhard Maler (Pictor), Erhard Ratdolt and Peter Löslein, 1477, BD7-d.16 (A71/2)).
