Feb. 1899 No 1102, price 250 M[arks] - or £12.10/ !”

Binding: 18th-century(?) parchment;  covers decorated with a double blind-fillet border and lozenge-shaped centre-piece;  manuscript spine title.   Size:  204 x 153 mm.
Leaf size: 199 x 144 mm.
Annotations: Marginal annotations in an early hand on C1r-C1v;  numbers “I” – “XV” (denoting divisions of text) supplied in faded red in top margin of many leaves in the Cosmographia.
Decoration: Woodcut initials decorated in blue or faded red;  paragraph marks supplied in faded red.
