Binding: 19th-century parchment;  green leather title label and gold-tooled bands on spine;  red-edged leaves.   Size:  289 x 208 mm.
Leaf size: 283 x 199 mm. The height of leaves a4 and a5 is 278 mm and the fact that it is the only section with rubrication suggests that it may derive from another copy.
Annotations: Occasional marginal annotations and nota marks in a 16th-century hand;  contents of the Tabula on a4r and a4v given marginal reference numbers in red ink;  every tenth leaf foliated in ink in an 18th-century(?) hand;  entire text beginning at a5r, col. 2, given marginal reference numbers “1” – “300” in pencil in a 19th-century hand;  19th-century price code “p/pn/-”, price “3/10/-”, and bookseller’s catalogue reference “Witchcraft 111” all in pencil on front free endpaper.
