Provenance: S.M.M.:  unidentified Italian(?) 16th/17th-century woodcut book stamp on a1r:  within an oval cartouche of winged heads and winged caryatids, the resurrected Christ holding a banner and with the initials “‧S‧ ‧M‧ ‧M‧”.
