University of Glasgow:  presented by Euing in 1872 according to one of the two University of Glasgow Library bookplates on the front pastedown.
Binding: Italy, 17th/18th-century parchment;  remains of a title label on spine;  sprinkled blue-edged leaves;  rear free endpaper has watermark of a fleur-de-lys below which are suspended the letters ‘A C’ and rear flyleaf has watermark of three fleurs-de-lys arranged to form a triangle.   Size: 248 x 177 mm.
Leaf size: 240 x 170 mm.
Annotations: An inventory number ‘B4i2’ on front pastedown;  price ‘£3.3.0’ in pencil on front free endpaper;  number ‘9/4’ in pencil on a2r;  ‘No. 337’ in pencil on rear free endpaper followed by the letters ‘z k k u’ arranged to form four compartments of a square, followed by a code ‘g3 11/11’;  square piece of paper with printed lot or catalogue number ‘511’ pasted onto front pastedown.
Decoration: Initials and paragraph marks supplied in red or blue throughout.
Imperfections: Wanting the blank leaves a1 and u8.
