Binding: England, 20th-century blind-tooled red goatskin;  rebound and restored by Anthony Gardner, Oct. 1967, with his apologia on rear free endpaper;  new endpapers and flyleaves;  replacing a quarter leather binding with marbled-paper boards of unrecorded date.   Size:  192 x 140 mm.
