Binding: France, 18th-century red goatskin;  covers decorated with a triple gold-fillet border, a small gold fleuron at each corner;  gold-tooled spine;  gilt-edged leaves;  marbled endpapers;  green silk bookmark;  binder’s ticket on front flyleaf:  “Relié par Derome le Jeune, rue St. Jacques au dessus de St. Benoît, seul possédent l’Etablissem[en]t de déffunt son Pere.”  Size:  247 x 188 mm.
